Dried plums, woody spices and some sappy blueberries, all add up to a wine of intense interest and distinctive terroir-driven character. A 2 acre block of 80 year old vines planted on a grey sandy loam. Hand-picked, fruit is detemmed and crushed, fermentation and maceration occurs over 100 days and the wine is pressed to barrel for malo and maturation.
ドライプルーン、木を感じるスパイス、ブルーベリーなどすべてが加わった、とても興味深いテロワール主導のキャラクターのワインです。灰色の砂質ローム層に植えられた樹齢80年のA２エーカーの区画のブドウは、手摘み収穫のあと除梗・粉砕され、発酵と醸しを１００日以上行ったのち樽熟成されます。
