クラシックで高貴なイーデン・ヴァレーのシラーズのアロマは、砕いたばかりのピンクペッパー、もぎたてのプラム、耕したばかりの土、ローリエ、タイム、セージ、フェンネルの葉、ナツメグ、メース、明け方のキノコ、ブラックベリーのコンフィ、ダークチョコレートリキュール。保守的なオーク使いの繊細なブーケは、ワインメーカーのお落ち着いた繊細さが垣間見え、繊細でなめらかなタンニンが綿密にワインをまとめています。プラム、季節のブラックベリー、冷やしたブルーベリーなど、魅力的な果実の味わいがバランスよく広がり、一方で、わずかに杉や燻製肉のニュアンスも感じられます。果実が凝縮された長いフィニッシュ。 | The Wine Advocate RP 96+ This 2019 Red Queen of the Eden Valley Shiraz is dark and resiny, with a deep, brooding nose filled with graphite, char, pencil shavings, purple fruits, flowers and exotic spice. In the mouth, the wine has a gorgeous tannic structure, firm but finely ground down, and the fruit is pressed in around it. Eden Valley is a spectacular region for Shiraz because it conveys the rocky place and is imbued with detail from the cold nights, and the wines always show a black tea/Earl Grey tea character that offsets the blue/purple fruit.
