| Brilliant, even, light golden-yellow colour with some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full and voluminous with concentrated and layered aromas of rich, ripe exotic tropical fruit, honey and apricots, with Turkish Delight notes that unfold and build in depth and density. Match with Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine over the next 3-10 years. 鮮やかで淡い黄金色。若干深みがあり、縁は明るくなっています。 熟した、エキゾチックなトロピカルフルーツ、蜂蜜とアプリコットが層になり、ゼリーの砂糖がけのニュアンスもある、あふれるような豊かな香り。広がりがあり、深さと密度もあります。今後3〜10年の間、中東料理やアジア料理とともに楽しめます。 ワイナリー裏のヴィンヤードから手収穫。WBP、土着の自然酵母発酵、55％を香りづけしたオーク樽、45％をアカシア樽にて発酵。アルコール13%。 42 g / L RS、6ヶ月熟成。 19.0 / 20 2018年11月 |
