This small bottling was our sweet wine that we held in tank should any of the other wines need a tickle of sugar if ferments went too far. As usual the remaining tank looks pretty smart on its own. Just a little more fruit depths and mouthfeel but not heavy or overly sweet. To be consumed before, during or after anything really.
