Fruit sourced from vines planted in 1981. Picked by hand, de-stemmed and crushed before pressing. Barrel fermented. 9 months maturation.Apple & savoury dried herbs on the nose. A little lemon & lime characters, fresh green apple on the palate. Almost silky textures. Touches of flint.
1981年に植えられたぶどうから作られています。手摘みによる収穫、プレスの前に徐梗して破砕します。樽発酵し、9ヶ月間の熟成。りんごや風味豊かなドライフルーツの香りがあり、味わいには微かなレモンやライム、フレッシュな青りんごの風味があります。シルキーな口当たりで、火打ち石のニュアンスもあり、さらにボトルでの熟成も可能な優秀なワインです。
