Super wine for the price. So much interest. Such fine tannin. Such charm. It tastes of blackberry, iodine, cloves and five-spice and there’s a not-too-subtle toasty/meatiness filling out the edges. The price was a major surprise when it was revealed. In the savoury-shiraz stakes (but with plenty of oomph) this is outstanding value/drinking. 14.3% Frankland River
