The 2023 Protea Pinot Grigio balances acidity and freshness with a hint of phenolics. It has a medium body and a smooth mouthfeel, showcasing bright citrus flavors with a subtle touch of phenolic bitterness. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for one to three months. 120,000 bottles were produced in the Western Cape.
