The Anthonij Rupert Wines 2023 Elandskloof Cape of Good Hope Serruria Chardonnay is a blend of two clones (76 & 95) planted in 2010 and 2014. The vines are coming to full maturity now, and you get an orange citrusy character. There's a nice malic acid presence, and the oak is dialed down, offering pretty primary intensity. It spends 10 months in French oak barrel. The results are medium-bodied and supple with a hint of wild sage or South African fynbos that adds a savory touch to the close.

アントニージ・ルパート・ワインズの2023年エランスクルーフ ケープ・オブ・グッド・ホープ セルリア・シャルドネは、2010年と2014年に植えられたクローン76と95の2種をブレンドしたものです。ブドウの樹はちょうど成熟期を迎え、オレンジのような柑橘のキャラクターが感じられます。しっかりとしたリンゴ酸の存在があり、オークの使用は控えめで、果実本来のピュアな表情が引き立っています。フレンチオークで10ヶ月間熟成。 ミディアムボディでしなやかな口当たりに仕上がっており、フィニッシュには野生のセージや南アフリカ特有のフィンボス（低木植物）のような、心地よいセイヴォリーなニュアンスが感じられます。
