“A very pale-straw yellow colour. Bruised pear and cumin spice aromas. Pear fruits, touch of honey and yellow spices show on the palate with a creaminess to the texture which appeals. Good length, acidity and some phenolics flow in to mostly dry the medium-length finish.”
