Deepish red/purple colour, very fresh and youthful, with a herbal and cherry bubblegum aroma, possibly reflecting some carbonic maceration. The palate is soft and light, with again those macerated flavours which are bright and clean and fresh. The tannins are a little edgy Cherubino sources this excellentIt’s fragrant, with notes of cherry and rose petals.The light bodied palate delivers red fruit and raspberry like characters,with a lift of spice.
