ジャン・ロワ・ロゼ 2023は、グルナッシュ59%、ムールヴェードル17%、サンソー13%、シラー11%のブレンドから造られたワインで、淡いサーモンピンクの色合いが特徴です。フレッシュなミネラルの香りに加え、ほのかに感じられるダスティチェリー、ストロベリーや赤系果実のニュアンスが広がります。ミディアムボディで、口に含むと奥行きと洗練さが感じられます。心地よい酸味とミネラルの強さがあり、料理との相性も抜群です。ワインは細かい澱とともに2ヶ月熟成され、総生産本数は12,000本。完成度の高い一本です。

Crafted from a blend of 59% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 13% Cinsault and 11% Shiraz, the 2023 Jean Roi Rosé showcases a pale salmon color. With fresh mineral notes and dusty cherry undertones, this wine is also packed with notions of strawberries and red berries. It presents a medium-bodied profile, expanding on the palate to show depth and sophistication. Its pleasant acidity and mineral intensity make it very food-friendly. 12,000 bottles were produced after the wine spent two months on the fine lees. Nicely done! Published: May 10, 2024
