A blend of organically grown estate mataro and Aberfeldy Vineyard shiraz (planted in 1904), this has a fusion of blueberries and raspberries with red plums and red currants, as well as deeply woven, herbal tones. The palate has such intense and deep flavors, with plenty of really rich yet vibrant blackberries, blueberries and red plums. Some chocolate here, too. Impressive release. Drink or hold for a decade or more. Screw cap.
オーガニック栽培のマタロとアバフェルディ・ヴィンヤードのシラーズのブレンドのこのワインは、ブルーベリーやラズベリー、レッドプラム、レッドカラントなどの果実と同様に、深く織り込まれたハーブのトーンが融合したワインです。味わいには、熟しているけれども生き生きとしたブラックベリー、ブルーベリーやレッドプラムと共に凝縮した深いフレーバーが感じられます。チョコレートもここにあります。とても印象的なワインです。今飲んでも、もしくは１０年ほどねかせても良いでしょう。スクリューキャップ
