Mixed plantings of 2001 and 1977 on a red loamy clay over limestone site. Vines are planted E-W on a southerly aspect, at an elevation of 400m. Fruit is destemmed, crushed then-pressed. Settled juice is fermented with selected yeast. Fermentation is arrested, the wine is clarified and bottled.
赤いローム質粘土壌に植えられた2001年と1977年の混植混醸で、ぶどうの木は南向きの標高400mのE-W区画に植えられています。果実は徐梗、粉砕ののちプレスされます。その後ジュースは選ばれた酵母によって発酵に進みます。発酵が終わったら清澄されボトル詰めされます。
