Pale, almost water-clear colour. Fragrant aromas of lemon and herbs and hints of other citrus fruits, the palate tight and tense, very dry and savoury, with crisp acidity and a distinctly chalky mouth-feel. I’d give it a few more months to settle and it will be even better. 26 AUG 2021

薄い、ほとんど水のようなクリアなカラー。レモン、ハーブ、柑橘系フルーツのアロマが香ります。味わいは軽やかでぴんと張りつめ、スッキリした酸とチョーキーな感じが口の中に広がるドライで風味豊かなワインです。もう数ヶ月おくと落ち着いてより良くなるでしょう。2021年8月26日
