淡いゴールドに麦わら色の反射が見られ、海洋性テロワールの個性を色濃く反映するシャンパーニュ。香りはヨードやスモーキーな石灰岩のニュアンスから始まり、スミレの花やカンポットペッパーのスパイス感が優しく広がります。
空気に触れることで、カシス、チェリー、ポメロ、ブラックベリーの果実味に加え、トーストを思わせる木樽のニュアンスが現れます。
味わいはリッチでありながらフレッシュ。クリーミーな質感と心地よい泡が一体となり、ジューシーで厚みのある果実味に、グレープフルーツの酸と柔らかな果肉感が溶け合います。
余韻には石灰岩由来の塩味とミネラルが長く続き、テロワールの個性を明確に表現した、贅沢で満足感の高い1本です。
Tasting Notes (EN)
Bright and clear in the glass, showing a deep lemon hue with pale silvery reflections. Fine, lively bubbles form a persistent mousse. The nose opens with smoky limestone, lemon zest, fresh hazelnut, and white peach. With air, added layers of quince compote, cashew, butter, and almond cream emerge, reflecting its biodynamic origins.
The palate is soft yet fresh, carried by creamy, well-integrated effervescence. Lush, crunchy fruit is balanced by concentrated lemon acidity. Marly-limestone minerality brings salinity, chewiness, and impressive length. Refined, elegant, and a pure expression of terroir.
