| A strikingly complex and vibrant young Yarra syrah that has swirling fragrant appeal. It's really spicy and meaty though with black stony notes and red to purple fruits. Even so, lighter, more fragrant elements linger in abundance. The palate has impressive grab, really firing up bold, vibrant flavors in the red cherry, raspberry and plum zone. The tannins wrap like a glove around the finish. Brilliant, modern iteration of cooler-climate Yarra syrah. Best drinking from 2020. |
