Deep red/purple colour with a rich, ripe-plum, dried herb and tar bouquet. There's a hint of smoky char oak, and the palate is medium to full-bodied and well-endowed with tannin. A traditional Clare shiraz but without too-obvious oak or too much extraction. A well balanced wine of moderate alcohol strength. Very good indeed. (Includes a small percentage of whole-bunch)
深い赤紫色で、リッチで良く熟れたプラムやドライハーブ、タールのブーケがあります。微かにスモーキーなオークが感じられ、味わいはミディアムからフルボディで、恵まれたタンニンがあります。伝統的なクレアのシラーズですが、明らかなオークや過度の抽出はありません。穏やかなアルコール感が続くバランスの良いワインです。実際にとても良いです。（数パーセント全房発酵を含む）
