Trousseau noir, Cabernet Franc, Mondeuse from the Heysen Vineyard along with merlot from the Summertown Vineyard. Dry and spicy, but with a softness to its texture. It's light in colour and light in general, but it has more presence in the mouth than its weight would suggest, partly because of the amount of tannin. Interesting “vin de soif”.
アベルトンコントローラーヘイセンヴィンヤードからのトルソーノ ワール、カベルネフラン、モンデーズと、サマータウンヴィンヤー ドからのメルローとのブレンド。ドライでスパイシーですが、口触 りは柔らかです。明るい赤色で全体的に軽い感じですが、タンニン の量もある為、口の中にはしっかりとした存在感が感じられます。
