"Riesling リースリング" "フレンチオーク樽で発酵させ、プレスは別々に行います。冷涼で長い成熟期に恵まれたため、自然に高い酸があり、残糖とのバランスが取れたところで発酵を止めます。今飲んでも美味しいが、このワインはこれから20年ほどはセラーで優雅に熟成するでしょう。 生き生きとしたフローラルな香り、ドライハーブ、グレープフルーツ、レモン、ライム、ホワイトペッパーの力強い味わいです。 ワイン・アドヴォケイト RP 92 アロマティックで芳しくフレッシュ。2021年のイン ザ フラワーズ エデン・ヴァレーのリースリングは、鮮やかなライムのさわやかさと、春の花、クオーツや砕いたミネラルの層が味わいの土台にある。口に含むと、口当たりがよくクラシカルな果実味を表現しているが、樽発酵と澱によるテクスチャーもうまく出ている。約18ヶ月の熟成を経て瓶詰めされ、口に含むと樽熟成のエルヴァージュは明らか。上品で本当に素晴らしい。公開日 2022年7月15日"
"Fermented in neutral french barriques, pressings kept separate. Ferment halted when the RS was in balance with the very high natural acidity, once again being gifted a cool, long ripening season. While it’s delicious now, I have full confidence that this wine will age gracefully in the cellar for 20 years. Shows vibrant floral character on the nose, with some dried herbs and an intense palate of grapefruit and wisps of lemon, lime and white pepper. The Wine Advocate RP 92 Aromatic, perfumed and fleshy, the 2021 In The Flowers Eden Valley Riesling has bright lime flesh, some spring flowers and layers of quartz and crushed minerals on the base of the palate. In the mouth, the wine is textural and classical in its fruit expression but has texture from barrel fermentation and lees work. Bottled after around 18 months, the élevage is obvious in the mouth.
